We at DIVINE POOJA KIT follow a 5 Day return policy for returnable products only shopped from our Website – www.divinepoojakit.com. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from our Website & Android & IOS App. If for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery if the items would be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.
Mode of Return:
DIVINE POOJA KIT will get the item picked up after your request received within 5 days from the date of delivery only for the returnable items, for that you have to call on 033-40036295 / +91 70440 26379 or write us at divinepoojakit@gmail.com.If any items showing non-refundable then DIVINE POOJA KIT is not liable for any return & refund.
If you wish us to complete the reverse pickup, kindly keep the parcel ready once the return request is created. In case the package is not ready at the time of pickup or the consignee/customer is not available at the given pickup address, we re-book the pickup only twice after that. Post this, the customer has to ship the product to us for any return and no amount will be refunded for the reverse shipment charges incurred. DIVINE POOJA KIT will not be responsible in case the product courier by you doesn't reach our address.
If your order has already been shipped, we invite you to wait until it arrives and then you can contact our team to request its return by dropping an email to divinepoojakit@gmail.com or call on 033-40036295 / +91 70440 26379.
After inspection, we will confirm whether the Products are in an acceptable condition or not. This confirmation will be sent to you within 5 working days after we receive the shipment. Upon confirmation we will process/initiate the refund amount in the following manner:-
- In case of electronic payment through any mode, we will process the refund electronically. A credit amount will automatically be applied to your method of payment (excluding shipping & if applied), within 7 business days.
- In case of COD mode of payment, we will credit the amount (excluding shipping if applied) to your Divine Pooja Kit Wallet that can be redeemed while shopping at our website and Android & IOS App next time.
